Hey, Sheboygan County, it's time for your weekly real estate update. I'm your local realtor, Markus with Savaglio and Co. and this is what's been happening over the past 7 days right here in Sheboygan County.
Last week, we saw 19 new listings, 16 homes sold, 1 property came back to the market after it failed to sell, and 5 properties did price reductions.
If you're a buyer in this market, the numbers are moving a little bit more in the right direction. That doesn't mean we transitioned into a buyer's market. It's just one week after a several month long string of weeks where supply was more than demand, so it's a little bit of a reprieve.
If you're selling a home though, the market remains strongly in your favor. Even with the uptick in listings that we saw this past week, anecdotally, we've been seeing properties get accepted offers from about 1% under the list price to about 3% over the list price this past week.
