Hey, Sheboygan County, it's time for your weekly real estate update. My name is Markus, you're a local realtor and here in Sheboygan Falls and this is what's been happening over the past seven days right here in Sheboygan County.
We saw a total of 22 new listings hit the market, 8 properties that sold and 6 properties did price adjustments.
Honestly, this is great news. This is the third week in a row this year where we've seen more new listings than sales. Overall county wide, we've only have about a month of inventory. So any week where we've seen more listings and sales is a good thing for the market as a whole.
If you're selling in today's market, you've got nothing to worry about. With the slightly expanded supply of new listings, it's the spring season, this is we're expecting to see and 14 net new listings is only going to bring up the overall inventory level a little bit.
And if you're a buyer in this market, you're seeing double what we've seen for most of the winter in terms of choices for 3 weeks in a row. So that's a little bit of good news.
