Hey Sheboygan County, it's time for your weekly real estate update. My name is Markus, your local realtor right here in Sheboygan Falls and this is what's been happening over the past seven days right here in Sheboygan County.
We saw a total of 23 new listings hit the market, 21 properties sold and seven properties did price adjustments.
Honestly, this is really good news. This is the second week in a row this year where we've seen more new listings and sales and overall county wide, we only have about a month of inventory. So any week where we're seeing more listings and sales is a good thing for the market as a whole.
If you're selling in today's market, you have nothing to worry about. With the expanded supply of new listings, it's the spring season. This is what we're expecting to see and two net new listings doesn't do a lot to move inventory levels.
If you're a buyer in this market, you're seeing double what we've been seeing for most of the winter in terms of choices. So that's a little bit of good news.
