Sheboygan County, it's come for your weekly real estate update. My name is Markus, your local realtor right here in Sheboygan Falls and this is your seven day housing update for Sheboygan County.
We saw a total of 25 new listings hit the market, 18 properties sold and seven properties at price adjustments. The spring market continues to chug right along and county wide we only have about a month of inventory. So another week where we're seeing more listings than sales is bringing some much needed relief to the market.
If you're considering selling, you have nothing to worry about with the larger supply of new listings. It's the spring season. This is what I expect to see. Seven net new listings is only half of what we saw last week.
But if you're a first time buyer or really any buyer the past few weeks should bring you a little bit of hope. It's still a very competitive market. We're seeing medium home prices still rise, but the good news is the new listings over the past month are giving you a little bit more choice. I'd still be prepared to compete in multiple offer situations now and moving forward, but perhaps instead of 10 offers it's down to 8.
