Hey Sheboygan County, it's time for your weekly real estate update. My name is Markus, your local realtor right here in Sheboygan Falls and this is what's been happening over the past seven days right here in Sheboygan County.
We saw a total of 30 new listings hit the market, 21 properties sold and eight properties to price adjustments. We haven't seen this many new listings since the middle of November and that was only because over 22 be built condos hit the market that week. Now county wide, we only have about a month or so of inventory. So any week where we're seeing more listings than sales is a good thing for the market as a whole.
If you're selling in today's market, you have nothing to worry about with the slightly expanded supply of new listings. It's the spring season. This is what we're expecting to see in seven net new listings brings up the total months of inventory only slightly.
If you're a buyer in this market, you're seeing double what we saw for most of the winter in terms of choice, four weeks in a row now. So that's a little bit of good news.
