What's up Sheboygan County? It's time for your weekly real estate update. I'm Markus Savaglio with EXP Realty right here in Sheboygan Falls and it's time for your seven day market update.
We saw a total of thirty-five new homes hit the market, thirty-nine properties sold and 17 properties did price reductions. This is another week where we saw new listings or new properties coming to the market being under those that sold. Months of inventory is still under 2, which a balanced market is 6, so it's solidly A seller's market.
If you're considering selling, make sure that you price your house right the 1st. Time because we are seeing lots of homes that try to push price, sitting on the market a long time and doing a bunch of price reductions in order to get to that sale.
If you're on the buying end of things, be prepared for a prolonged battle. This is not going to be an easy time for you, but with the right help and guidance, we're finding that our team members are getting an offer accepted within three offers. So every three offers that they write, they're getting one of them accepted.
