Hey, Sheboygan County, it's time for your weekly real estate update. My name is Markus, your local realtor, and this is what's been happening over the past seven days right here in Sheboygan County.
Twenty-nine new homes came to the market, three properties sold, one property came back to the market after it failed the sale, and 13 properties did price reductions. You're probably wondering, what does this all mean? Well, new listings are remaining pretty consistent from the past couple of weeks, and I'm pretty sure these are people that want to enjoy the summer and now want to move before it gets cold.
If you're buying in this market, though, it's still a slugfest, so make sure that you put your best offer out the first time. And if you really want a deal, watch out for those price change homes.
If you're selling in this market, it's a really good time to sell. You're able to dictate the process and command a premium at the same time. It's important that you don't push on price because plenty of homes are seeing price reductions in order to get sold and low appraisals are coming and forcing buyers to back out of deals if you're not willing to budge.
